The AMNR group conducts innovative research on micro-nano robotics, specifically on nano-robotic manipulation inside SEM, and latest non-contact micro-manipulation based on emerging acoustic tweezers.

The AMNR group also conducts MEMS research regarding acoustic transducer.

MEMS First-Order Bessel Beam Acoustic Transducer (BBAT), with the capacity of particle trapping and electrically controllable rotating, fabricated by soft lithography.

A Polystyrene Sphere is Trapped and Rotated by BBAT.  Left is rotating by 12 Vptp and right is rotating by 24 Vptp actuation (Captured by Dino-Lite). Submitted to MEMS 2023.
